TALAY HOW TO REHEAT

We highly recommend all of our seafood dishes to be consumed on the day.

HOY JOR

Deep fried crab meat and minced pork rolled in tofu skin. The best way to reheat Hoy Jor


1) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius for few minutes

2) Carefully place the foil container inside the oven (Remove the fresh salad and sauce container)

3) Heat the crab cakes for 10 minutes until its heated through

4) Your crab cakes would be crunchy and hot for you to enjoy!

In a hurry? Too hungry?
They may be reheated in the microwave uncovered for approximately 30-40 seconds. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t be crunchy when you microwave them.

TOD MUN GOONG

House made Thai prawn cakes  

The best way to reheat Tod Mun Goong
 
1) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Carefully place the foil container inside the oven (Remove the fresh salad and sauce container)

3) Heat the prawn cakes for 15 minutes until its heated through

4) Your prawn cakes would be crunchy and hot for you to enjoy!

They may be reheated in the microwave uncovered for approximately 30-40. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t be crunchy when you microwave them.

PLA PHAO     

Salt crusted barramundi 

To reheat:
1) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Carefully place the whole fish on a baking tray 

3) Heat the fish for 15-20 minutes until its heated through

4) Remove the skin and enjoy the flesh inside with two kind of Thai dipping sauce that we have provided

PLA KRAPONG TOD NAM PLA  

Deep fried whole barramundi in savory Thai fish sauce

To reheat:
1) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Carefully place the whole foil tray inside the oven (Please remove the sauce and salad garnishes) 

3) Heat the fish for 15-20 minutes until its heated through

4) Pour the savoury fish sauce evenly on the fried fish and enjoy them with chilli dipping sauce for extra chilli kick

PLA KRAPONG NEUNG MANAO 

Steamed whole barramundi in spicy, sweet and sour lime chilli dressing, dressed with lime, garlic and coriander

To reheat:

Option 1:
1) Put the fish in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes

2) Pour the chilli lime dressing evenly

Option 2
1) Preheat your oven at 160 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Remove the sauce pack and salad garnishes from the foil tray. Splash some water over the fish and cover with foil (to prevent the exterior of the fish from drying out).
3) Carefully place the whole foil tray inside the oven and heat the fish for 15-20 minutes until its heated through

4) Pour the lime chilli dressing evenly over the fish


Option 3
In a hurry? Too hungry?
1) Place the fish on microwave proof dish and microwave the fish (covered) for 2 minutes
2) Please be careful from the steam heat when uncovering the cover

3) Pour the lime chilli dressing evenly over the fish

BLUE SWIMMER CRAB

Stir fried with signature yellow curry egg sauce or Stir fried with black pepper sauce

1) Preheat your oven at 150 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Carefully place the oven proof tray with another layer of foil
3) Carefully place the tray inside the oven and heat the tray for 15-20 minutes until its heated through
4) Enjoy!

SPANNER CRAB
Stir fried with signature yellow curry egg sauce or Stir fried with black pepper sauce

1) Preheat your oven at 150 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Cover the seafood foil tray with another layer of foil
3) Carefully place the whole foil tray inside the oven and heat the tray for 15 minutes until its heated through
4) Enjoy!

MUD CRAB

TRIO / MIXED SEAFOOD PLATTER

Yellow curry mixed seafood platter OR Black pepper sauce mixed seafood platter
1) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius for few minutes
2) Cover the seafood foil tray with another layer of foil
3) Carefully place the whole foil tray inside the oven and heat the tray for 15-20 minutes until its heated through
4) Enjoy!

KHAO PAD POU
Crab Meat Fried rice

1) Reheat the fried rice in microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes 

2) Squeeze some lemon juice on top of the fried rice

3) Thai people love to eat fried rice with “Prig Nam Pla” – fish sauce with some chillies

4) Enjoy!
